Dr. Liu was born in Taiwan and raised in New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. Afterward, he earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Sint Eustatius School of Medicine and continued his training in Internal Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. Since then, he has been a locum tenens physician serving in the underserved area in Native American Reservations as ER provider and hospitalist before joining Alteon as ER Fellow at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
